What does a successful Conversion Analyst – Loan and Deposit do?

A successful Conversion Analyst at Fiserv provides analysis, consultation, and initial support to clients during the implementation of new core products and services, ensuring seamless integration. You will be part of a dynamic team where you can expand your knowledge base through managing various projects across multiple departments.
What you will do:
- Install and train clients on core deposit or loan application modules, products, and services.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines within agreed parameters and timelines.
- Develop consistent project plans and executions in collaboration with your manager and team.
- Lead and/or participate in client status meetings, coordinating all phases of implementations.
- Provide analysis, consultation, and initial support by determining product and client requirements during new installations.
- Monitor project progress, manage escalations, and create action plans to finalize within agreed project dates, maintaining regular communication with your manager.
- Create and utilize documented procedures and tools for installations and upgrades to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
What you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles with organizational leaders.
- 2+ years of experience in project management and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related technical field, and/or equivalent military experience.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
What would be great to have:
- 2+ years of experience with Premier System or other Fiserv core knowledge.
- 2+ years of experience in conversions or implementations within the loans or deposits sector.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and a technical aptitude for learning new applications quickly.
- A basic understanding of project management methodology.
- Working knowledge of programming and coding.
