We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Sr Consultant, Delivery Leader to join our Agency & Data Solutions team. In this role, you will take charge of the Hercules Program, a multi-million-dollar initiative with a projected budget of $15.5M+ in 2025. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the successful execution of this mission critical program, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with World Class Underwriting Company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Hercules Program, overseeing all aspects of project management, execution, and delivery.
Manage and guide cross-functional teams, including associates and onshore/offshore contractors, totaling over 150 people.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment, driving continuous improvement and innovation across the program.
Utilize data-driven decision-making to ensure program objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale programs.
Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, including both onshore and offshore resources.
Strong expertise in data-driven projects, including familiarity with tools such as Databricks, Alation, Manta, and a comprehensive understanding of data management, data analysis, and data governance.
Proficient in using program management tools such as Planview and Jira.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions and drive program success.

Oversees the delivery of status/health reports to drive value delivery tracking (ex: KPIs), optimizes the flow of value and ensures demand/capacity is managed.
Manages and consults on complex and/or project/product financials.
Serves as the top professional to others around delivering business outcomes, benefit realization, agile delivery, and Lean.
May preform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to Delivery Leader or Business Solution Area Executive.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate studies (bachelor’s degree preferred) in management information systems, engineering, math, computer science, data analytics or comparable experience and education strongly preferred.
License/Certification/Designation: Technology certifications or PMI, SAFE, Agile or Lean designations are encouraged.
Experience: Ten or more years of experience in technology or related field. Five years demonstrated proficiency in delivering outcomes/projects. Awareness of emerging technologies and/or industry trends.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Ability to make decisions and recommendations. Aptitude to influence, establish relationships and set priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of associates, senior management and/or vendors. Insurance/financial services industry knowledge a plus.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
