Relationship Manager
What does a successful Relationship Manager do at Fiserv?As a Relationship Manager at Fiserv, you'll be essential in nurturing and expanding relationships with our credit union clients in Indiana. Your role involves managing strategic relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, increasing retention, and driving profitability. You will be the primary contact for the clients' executive and senior-level managers, aiming to create customer loyalty and elevate Fiserv’s value proposition through comprehensive solutions and strategic account management.
What you will do:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with the credit union CEO/President and other key senior executive and operational decision makers.
- Develop and document an Account Plan annually, coordinating with other Fiserv business units.
- Promote client attendance at Fiserv events, such as annual client conferences and user group meetings.
- Develop a plan to proactively secure timely contract renewals.
- Monitor client satisfaction, facilitate improvements, and stay regularly in touch with client’s key stakeholders.
- Leverage industry trends and competitive knowledge to demonstrate Fiserv's value proposition.
- Achieve annual sales quotas through add-on products, services, and renewals.
- Develop formal proposals for additional products and services that address the client's needs.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- 5+ years of proven success in a sales position servicing financial institution clients.
- High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior management or executives.
- Experience structuring and leading complex multi-million-dollar deals.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating with CEO/President and other senior executives.
- Competitive sales renewal ability.
- Proven track record in attaining/exceeding quota-based metrics.
- Strategic account planning experience.
