What does a successful Business Audit Manager do? As a Business Audit Manager at Fiserv, you will play a key role in ensuring our business units successfully navigate both internal and external audits. You will manage all aspects of audit preparation and coordination, with a particular focus on IT security-related audits, such as SOC 1 and SOC 2. Your leadership and collaborative skills will be critical in maintaining the high standards we set for ourselves and our clients.
What you will do:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the business unit’s participation in internal and external audits.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to requests for information (RFIs) by creating meetings, facilitating discussions, and validating cybersecurity-related materials.
- Effectively communicate audit progress, findings, and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors and maintain an understanding of NIST and other frameworks as required.
- Track and report on individual initiatives.
- Provide dotted-line supervision for up to 25 onsite business unit IT staff, with those same staff matrixed to other managers in other locations for day-to-day work.
- Obtain public trust clearance from the Department of Education.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience working with SOC 1 and SOC 2 audit controls.
- 5+ years of experience managing staff within a technology organization.
- 5+ years of experience with NIST 800-53 Rev 5 controls.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, IT audit, or an equivalent combination of education, military, and/or job experience.
What would be great to have:
- Expertise in audit testing strategy with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
- 3+ years of experience with cybersecurity technologies and tools.
- Audit or assurance experience in a regulated industry such as finance.
- Working knowledge of Caveonix and Archer.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
