Summary Description:
Dover Business Services (DBS) is looking for talented AR Analysts to join our new shared service center in Suzhou, China. Working within an emerging shared services organization, the AR Analyst is responsible for delivering timely and quality service to internal stakeholders and Dover Customers, as measured by service level agreements and key performance indicators. As an AR Analyst, you will be responsible for operational processes including AR collection, AR dispute management and completion of AR related collection reporting and analysis, Facilitating the delivery of excellent customer service, supporting continuous improvement on credit and collection function and other tasks assigned by management.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Customer Master Data Management. Provide customer credit limit assessment.
• Routine AR collection and call the customer to chase promise to payment.
• Continuously improve the AR past due % and achieve the key performance metrics.
• Communicate with credit manager to facilitate dispute resolution.
• Perform credit release and hold, support business to improve collection.
• Provide AR collection reports and analysis.
• Reconciliation with customers on a regular basis.
• Ensure AR module close on schedule.
• Be responsible for work instructions’ accomplishment and updates.
• Drive process improvements, improve the accuracy and efficiency.
• Enhance internal controls which is hosted and drive each Core Internal Control (CIC).
• Other tasks assigned by team leader
Qualifications:
• College degree or above, Major of Accounting is preferred.
• 1+ years Order-to-Cash process management experience. SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Workable Japanese language capability
• Workable MS Office skill
