Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations
In this role, you will:- Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving
- Receive, log and batch
- File, photocopy, and answer phones
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
- Work under close supervision following established procedures
Required Qualifications, US:- 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 6+ months of cash vault or cash handling experience
- 10-key numerical data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- Experience working in a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven
Job Expectations:- Training: 90 days (on the job training)
- Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 6:30pm-11:30pm or until work is completed (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs)
- Standing up to 4 to 6 hours or more
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds/ cash vault, pulling and lifting
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Eligible for a 15% shift differential as outlined by the Wells Fargo salary guidelines based on the shift.
- Starting salary: $21/hour
- Hours: part time 25 hrs.
Posting Location: - 333 S Hope St D-100 Los Angeles, CA (Selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this location and must be able to work on-site at the posted location )
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$20.00 - $22.84
