Work Environment: This position requires on-site presence at the Scottsdale office five days a week. The preferred schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., though there is some flexibility to accommodate individual needs.

As a Senior Processor, you'll have the opportunity to receive and prepare mail and handle and deposit funds. We'll count on you to ensure quality controls are met and to communicate and issues of concern to the appropriate area.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Receives, opens, sorts and processes incoming mail, checks and digital documents. Separates mail and other materials accordingly and reviews documents for quality.
Preps and scans documents per established service level agreements.
Determines appropriate label for documents. Researches documents where limited information is provided.
Processes requests and retrieves historical documents. Responsible for document management including destruction or off-site storage, including scheduling of boxes, re-filing boxes, rotating documents/photos, etc.
Communicates computer hardware or software malfunction to appropriate systems area (internally or vendor).
May assist with training of new processors.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to Supervisor.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Two years of related work experience, with at least one year in an imaging role preferred.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Knowledge of general office procedures. Prefer familiarity with imaging, internal documents and processes and/or customers. Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions. Good communication skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to recognize different insurance and financial documents. Ability to efficiently operate office equipment, including personal computer, calculator, fax and copy machine. Ability maintain confidentiality, perform indexing and repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and Human Resource Business Partner.
