What does a successful Director of Sales Strategy and Execution do at Fiserv?
As a successful Director of Sales Strategy and Execution for Issuer Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies that elevate our product visibility, drive client engagement, grow pipeline and support revenue growth.
What you will do:
- Lead the development and refinement of integrated GTM strategies for new product launches, market expansion and customer segmentation
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Finance to ensure GTM strategies align with customer needs and market dynamics
- Lead go-to-market planning and sales execution for new product launches, ensuring alignment with product strategy and commercialization timelines
- Collaborate with sales leaders to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies that drive growth and improve sales
- Analyze customer segments and market data to determine where opportunities exist, facilitating the execution, ongoing project management and reporting of new strategies.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product sheets and client-facing collateral
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, GTM execution or sales/revenue operations roles, including leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead GTM strategy development and execute cross-functional initiatives that drive revenue
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM, sales analytics and forecasting tools, (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau)
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, (especially PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua or Seismic
What would be great to have:
- Experience in product marketing or commercialization within a large enterprise
- Familiarity with Issuer Solutions, Output Solutions or Money Network products
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills
- Demonstrated success in supporting sales enablement and client-facing initiatives
