The primary function of this position is a SAFe Agile Scrum Master supporting the Aeronautics ERP Sustainment Warehousing and Traffic (SWAT) agile delivery team on the OneAero platform. This individual will be expected to successfully perform the role of Scrum Master by being a servant leader to the team. They will help ensue adherence to SAFe agile best practices, improve communication flow, assist in agile work planning and conducting Product Increment planning events, and help to resolve impediments to team progress. The secondary function of this role will be to serve as a SAP Analyst supporting application configuration and operational support activities. This individual will work to understand business needs across Aeronautics' sustainment and transportation functional areas, and provide technology solutions using the SAP application.
Potential responsibilities include assisting in requirements gathering activities, editing functional specification documentation, supporting team blue printing and solution design efforts, and supporting configuration tasks. This position will be expected to will work closely with functional analysts and developers to ensure solution fit to the business requirements. Our dynamic work environment will provide tremendous opportunity to grow and deepen understanding of SAP ECC and S/4 capabilities and configurations required to support Aerospace and Defense customer sustainment and transportation requirements.
Basic Qualifications:- Knowledge in and/or experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Prior experience as an IT Analyst (specific analysis work supporting SAP applications is desired)
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal team members, customers, and developers
- Ability to conduct team daily stand up meetings, raise issues via scrum-of-scrum meetings, and organize and communicate team issues and blockers
- Prior experience with Atlassian's JIRA application (or another project management/agile planning/issue tracking application)
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Master's degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner
-Experience in or ability to provide SAP operational support (e.g. SAP Retail Plant creations) by following documented configuration steps and processes
-Ability to work well as a part of a highly integrated team
-Occasional travel will be required 1-3 times a year to a Lockheed Martin Site.
Desired Skills:-Agile Scrum Master certified, or prior experience as a Scrum Master (Scaled Agile Framework "SAFe" certification desired)
-Previous SAP experience in the sustainment area strongly desired (experience with module configuration/operational support tasks as it relates to Sustainment, Receiving & Transportation, and/or Delivery & Traffic functional areas within SAP)
-SAP system configuration experience
-Experience in updating system functional specifications and technical requirements documents
-Experience with transportation management and logistics systems e.g. SAP Transportation Management (TM), SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)
-Previous Aerospace and Defense industry experience desired

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $77,000 - $133,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
