About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to work with the Physical Security product team. This role serves to bridge the gap between stakeholders (e.g., security operations teams, compliance officers, and end users) and the development team, ensuring the product delivers high-value functionality that enhances situational awareness and response efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of security operations within a large financial institution environment including Security Response Center/Security Operations Center experience in addition to an extensive understand of the regulations, procedures and underlying technologies that support said operations.
In this role, you will:- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 3-5 years security operations center experience for many facilities that are geographically dispersed
- 5+ years' experience with IoT devices, sensors and technologies used for surveillance and monitoring
- 5+ years' experience working with 3rd party software/hardware manufacturers in the physical security space
- 3+ years' experience operating within an agile framework
- Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to turn desired business outcomes into effective solution roadmap
- Adept at navigating through ambiguity
- Strong collaborator who works with diverse groups
Job Expectations:- Ability to work the hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week
