In this role, you will:- Provide support to internal and external customers in moderately complex initiatives relating to collection portfolio data to reduce delinquency and restructuring of loans within the Loan Workout functional area
- Research credit or account information
- Perform skip tracing, review workout and restructure problem loans and payment plans
- Research vendor program remedies and recourse to determine loss projections
- Review low complexity collection portfolio or customer issues, processes, policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to deliverables with narrower impact
- Utilize solid understanding of company policies, procedures and collection systems
- Adhere to risk ratings and compliance matters Identify opportunities for process improvements in Loan Workout area
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of Loan Workout functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:- 6+ months of Loan Workout, Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:- Collections, customer service, and post charge off accounts experience.
- SKIP tracing experience
- Inbound/Outbound dialer experience
- Exposure to Wells Fargo eCAR (Enterprise Collections and Recovery) System
- Customer relationship management experience
- Developed professional verbal and written communications skills
- Bankruptcy decease experience

- Training Schedule: Monday-Friday within hours of 7am-5pm
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am - pm local time
- Locations: 11601 N. Black Canyon Hwy, Phoenix AZ and 2800 S Price Road, Chandler, AZ. Required location(s) for this position as listed in job posting. Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to the site location. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
