What does a successful Training Consultant do at Fiserv? As a Training Consultant, you will design and deliver impactful learning experiences that support Finxact, Fiserv’s next-generation core banking platform. You will manage all aspects of self-service and facilitated training programs using your Finxact subject matter expertise. This includes content development, technical documentation, curriculum design, and delivery. By working closely with leadership and stakeholders, you will drive the adoption of Finxact with a focus on lending solutions.
What you will do:
- Design, develop, facilitate, and maintain Finxact product training programs for employees, partners, and clients.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including conceptual overviews, step-by-step procedures, technical references, and tutorial materials, to support both internal teams and external clients.
- Partner with Instructional Design to assist in the design and development of digital content, facilitation, and assessments.
- Evaluate program feedback and analyze results via performance consulting with Leadership and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with dedicated teams and apply strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to interpret requirements and develop training solutions for complex banking functionality.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure information is conveyed efficiently.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in the financial services or banking industry, including direct work with core banking platforms or financial technology solutions.
- 6+ years of experience in lending products or operations, with a strong understanding of lending industry tools, servicing, and regulations.
- 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Business Analysis or similar business function roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business Administration, or Communications, and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 6+ years of experience working with the Finxact solution.
- 6+ years of experience with RESTful application programming interfaces (API).
- 6+ years of experience with content management systems (CMS) or learning management systems (LMS), including administration or day-to-day operations.
- 6+ years of experience with the software development lifecycle.
- 6+ years of experience with implementing or supporting the modernization of financial systems in a client-facing organization.
