Accelerated Development Program – Global Integrated Supply Chain
Trane Technologies Accelerated Development Programs (ADPs) provide recent college graduates with challenging assignments, leadership training and valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders. Through rotations and experiences in multiple geographic and business locations, you will be able to build diverse skill sets and a strong foundation for a successful and fulfilling career with Trane Technologies. These assignments are strategically chosen to ensure your continuous learning and personal development.
ADP participants will develop a strong supply chain management foundation in a fast-paced organization. They will gain skills in lean production, planning strategy, operational excellence, ergonomics & safety, sourcing/procurement cycle, and materials & logistics. Additionally, ADPs will grow in the areas of sales inventory operations planning, production line supervision, productivity tracking, quality, and manufacturing engineering. Assignments are strategically chosen to ensure continuous learning and personal development.
The Global Integrated Supply Chain ADP experience is comprised of rotations withonsite expectations, defined as physical presence at your assigned work locationrequired 5 days per week.
Our Accelerated Development Program in Global Integrated Supply Chain consists offour set rotations, each six months in length:
Rotations are based in selected manufacturing plants in the United States. Plant locations are selected in a manner that addresses business needs while also providingthe best developmental experiences for participants. Positions are available at many of our facilities across North America, including but not limited to Clarksville, TN; Columbia, SC; Greenville, SC; Grand Rapids, MI; La Crosse, WI; Panama City, FL; Trenton, NJ and Tyler, TX.
The program will include two physical moves. Relocation assistance is provided for rotations where the distance to the new work location is at least 50 miles.
Function specific responsibilities will vary based on the assignment. A successful candidate for the Accelerated Development Program will exhibit the following:

BS/BA in an Engineering Degree, Business with Supply Chain Emphasis, or Supply Chain with an overall GPA at or above 3.0, completed prior to ADP start date.

Demonstrated leadership skills: minimum of two examples such as: School club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects.

Eagerly and proactively seek new information, skills, and experiences, capitalizing on learning opportunities.
This position has been designated as On-Site.
Base Pay Range: $72,500.00
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
