In this role, you will gain many intangible skills, such as time and task management, critical thinking and problem solving, the ability to communicate complicated problems in a concise manner, as well as solve complex problems using available tools.
This tier 2 position is specific to DDI (DNS and DHCP) sustainment, expansion, and day to day operations. Candidate should have experience with management of large enterprise DDI infrastructure, such as public and private DNS, assigning DHCP ranges, subnets and reserved address space. The Tier 2 operations team manages multiple software applications including upgrades, repairs and daily change request to support all aspects of DNS and DHCP.
Job requirements:
BS degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience
Working knowledge of DNS details such as, A-records C-Names, and reverse DNS with trouble-shooting experience.
Experience with Vital QIP or similar DDI applications on a large enterprise level.
Mid-level working knowledge of IT infrastructure with an understanding of LAN, WAN, Firewall, DDI and Cybersecurity.
Preferred Skills:
Cisco CCNA certification.
Experience with cloud based public DNS providers.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $67,600.00 - $122,200.00
