What does a successful Sales Support Specialist do?
At Fiserv, the Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in reviewing, retrieving, creating, updating, and maintaining accurate partner documentation and reporting. As an ambassador of our Partner Administration team, you will ensure smooth administrative operations and setups aligned with Fiserv's commitment to excellence and our focused vision to be an outstanding fintech partner globally.
What you will do:
- Review supporting documentation of Partner Registration for accuracy.
- Retrieve required reporting for the adjudication of partners.
- Execute Partner CoPilot setups for seamless integration.
- Create, update, and maintain departmental reporting.
- Support administrative changes for partners, including Sales Codes, Profiles, Bank Changes, User Setup, Email Address requests, Branding, and MID Transfers.
- Ensure accurate and timely setup and maintenance of partner-related information.
What you will need to have:
- 4+ years of experience in managing and verifying partner documentation.
- 4+ years of experience in using sales support systems and tools, specifically Partner CoPilot.
- 4+ years of experience in creating and maintaining detailed departmental reports.
- Proficiency in adhering to and managing changes within sales codes and partner profiles.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
Bilingual proficiency with Spanish, Korean, Chinese and/or Vietnamese
1-2 years of experience in sales support within the financial technology industry.
Experience in managing partner setup and changes, including bank changes and MID transfers.
1-2 years of experience in documentation accuracy and quality control within a sales environment.
Experience using CRM systems for partner documentation management.
- Advanced certification or courses in sales support, project management, or related fields.
