The Role
As we expand our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team, we are in pursuit of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who echoes GM's aspirations and is dedicated to offering a world-class experience for our software candidates. If you are characterized by a pronounced service orientation, a drive for impeccable candidate engagement, and an innate propensity to seek procedural refinements, this role is tailored for you. Your alliance with our Recruitment Leads and Partners will be instrumental in curating a distinguished candidate experience marked by precision and discernment.
What You’ll Do
- Spearhead intricate interview schedules while ensuring an unmatched candidate experience.
- Navigate scheduling discrepancies, ensuring minimal disruptions for candidates, interview panels and other relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver unmatched candidate support, facilitating prompt and precise responses to all stakeholders: Candidates, Recruiters, Executive Hiring Managers, and HR Partners.
- Support in the creation of documents required for the interviewing process including candidate / interviewer bios, executive summaries and progress reports when required.
- Interview day point of contact facilitating welcome and logistics for a seamless onsite candidate event
- Oversee background checks and screenings with the corresponding stakeholders in the pre-employment phase, providing requisite updates and intervening when necessary to guarantee on-time onboarding.
- Administer and synchronize candidate records, ensuring they mirror the data in our HR platform (Workday) and/or another technology platform used by the Executive Recruitment team.
- Coordinate the initial steps of onboarding to ensure that the candidate is successfully equipped for Day 1 of employment.
