About your role:
You will provide technical consulting to clients and serve as a subject matter expert on the Finxact Core APIs and integration points, ensuring customer success. You will own and lead client implementations, conduct training, gather overall product feedback, and provide client support. You will also offer consultative guidance on how vendors can be integrated into the ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
- Obtain and maintain an in-depth understanding of Finxact’s technology and its underlying architecture
- Work with clients to solve complex business problems, trouble shooting, and using the Finxact Core and its surrounds
- Interface directly with ecosystem partners, clients, and internal teams to promote the adoption of our product
- Support the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application and client ecosystem requirements
- Assist in analysis that will identify requirements related to people, processes, and technology
- Develop and code core functionality and interfaces for our solution
- Participate in execution and documentation of tests
- Assist in the deployment process for client implementations

Experience you'll need to have:
- 5+ years of experience as an implementation engineer with fluency in functional, imperative and/or object-oriented languages
- 5+ years of experience in Rest API and software development
- 4+ years of experience with SQL functions such as joins, subqueries, and aggregations
- Ability to interpret and troubleshoot complex SQL queries in a business context
- 3+ years of experience using Postman to test and validate RESTful APIs through manual and automated requests
- 3+ year of experience writing and managing test scripts in Postman using JavaScript for pre-request and test validation
- Familiarity with creating, organizing, and executing Postman collections for structured API testing
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Background in financial software working with clients directly and with internal project team members
- Knowledge of Golang programming
