What does a successful Digital Product Owner do at Fiserv?
You will guide Finxact Experience team's product vision, roadmap, and delivery to meet our user’s needs and deploy differentiated AI-powered digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing to deliver innovative solutions that drive adoption of the Finxact platform.

What you will do:
- Shape the Finxact Experience product vision and strategy aligned with business goals
- Formulate the product roadmap with other Finxact Experience Product Leaders to meet user needs and market demands
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Bring expertise in next generation technologies, like AI, to solve user needs
- Drive the agile product development lifecycle: backlog management, sprint planning, development, testing, and releases
- Manage product releases to ensure on-time delivery with the highest quality
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
- Provide regular updates to external and internal stakeholders on product progress, key metrics, and upcoming releases

What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience as a product owner within the fintech or banking industry
- 2+ years of experience working teams within Agile development environments
- 2+ years of experience leading and working with diverse, cross-functional teams in a remote setting
- 2+ years of experience with or familiarity with product management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Miro
- 1+ years of experience leveraging AI to solve real business problems
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and or military experience
What would be great to have:
- Experience working with API tools, such as Postman
- Credentials or formal training in UX/UI design principles and practices
- People management experience
