In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will aid in the optimization of processes, ensuring we meet our clients’ needs efficiently. Your expertise will support data-driven decisions, impacting both strategic planning and day-to-day operations. What you will do:
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, providing meaningful insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Utilize statistical analysis techniques to solve business problems and optimize output processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regular data validation and auditing.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Support the implementation of data solutions and initiatives to drive business growth.
What you will need to have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with business analysis, data analysis, and/or machine learning.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- 3+ years of experience in statistical analysis and data modeling.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Computer Science/Data Science or related field and/or equivalent military or work experience.
What would be great to have:
- Certification in data analysis or business intelligence (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Power BI Certification).
- 2+ years experience using generative AI or machine learning models.
- 3+ years of experience in R and/or Python.
- 3+ years of experience in statistical analysis using packages such as SAS.
- 3+ years of programming experience with frameworks, including XML, JavaScript, and ETL.
