What does a successful Manager, Client Implementations II do?
As a Manager of Client Implementations II at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality implementation and consultation services to our valued clients. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring successful project outcomes and maintaining efficient workflows while embodying the Fiserv commitment to innovation and excellence. What you will do:
- Manage and coordinate a team responsible for client implementations.
- Provide expert consultation to clients before, during, and after implementation/conversion.
- Communicate project status and potential issues to management, internal business units, and account executives for resolution.
- Identify and analyze client applications and workflows to ensure successful data conversion.
- Deliver professional and timely client communications regarding project updates, ongoing support items, and product implementation services.
- Maintain and manage tools to optimize the implementation/conversion process.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with various management levels.
- Undertake administrative tasks related to client database records and activities.
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in implementing financial services products.
- 6+ years of experience in team management within a service delivery context.
- 6+ years of experience in data conversion and implementation processes.
- 6+ years of experience with client consultation and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 6+ years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies.
- 6+ years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Certification in PMP or similar project management credential.
- 6+ years of experience with financial industry software solutions.
- Advanced understanding of Fiserv products and services.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
