About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an ETF trader within Equities Sales and Trading.
In this role, you will:- Effectively managing risk positions within their book and within High Yield's internal trading mandate
- Working with desk strategists and sales to source and develop unique trade ideas to introduce to clients and create liquidity.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with buy-side trading counterparts, internal sales, and trading personnel across all trading desks.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with internal business partners, such as Market Risk, Compliance, Finance, and the Independent Price Verification team.
- Advise leadership to develop objectives, plans, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs
- Assist clients with financial goals
- Lead the strategy and resolution of high complex in-depth evaluation
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions for client objectives
- Collaborate and consult with internal partners and managers and serve as an expert advisor to clients
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Securities Trading experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Registration for FINRA Series 7, 3, 57, and Series 63 (or 66)
- 7+ years Creating and Managing Risk for custom baskets.
Desired Qualifications:- Candidate needs to possess exceptional credit knowledge with a history of managing risk in high yield credits.
- Candidate must have strong analytical skills, financial modeling, and an understanding of all credit products.
- Candidate must have established relationships across the High Yield credit markets including buy-side clients.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bloomberg proficiency
- Candidate needs to be organized, affable, and able to work in a collegial, team-oriented environment
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$173,300.00 - $359,900.00
