In this role, you will:- Work directly with the business to manage and maintain their various access requirements while also leveraging familiarity around securities products in order to maximize value and support across CIB Markets
- Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
- Review CIB procedures and identify areas of advancement using technology and innovation to streamline processes
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
- Engage regularly with the business to review key items (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, space planning, access/matrices, subscriptions) and proactively plan for their needs
- Enhance relationships with support partners (e.g., Facilities, SCTS, Admin., IT, TFS, IAM) to ensure services are executed seamlessly
- Provide an efficient and pleasant onboarding and offboarding experience for all employees, adhering to timelines and communicating effectively to all parties involved
Required Qualifications:- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Ability to navigate execution-based applications and processes
- Ability to operate within a control based operational environment to yield results while maintaining a high level of risk mitigation
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Corporate and Investment Banking industry experience including proficiency around Equities, FICC, Spread and other securities products
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills
- Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
- Experience identifying and developing improvement processes and implementation strategies
- Familiarity with key, strategic Single Dealer and Multi Dealer execution venues such as: FX eVolve, FXall, Bloomberg, 360T, TradeWeb, Fidessa, Market Axess and others is highly preferred
- Experience with hiring, onboarding, and space planning tool HOST
- Strong customer service focus and ability to respond to requests and inquiries in a timely manner
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality practices
- Experience with access, software, and equipment requests (SIMBA, ART, AIMS, Software Market, ServiceNow, ePro, Ariba, etc.)
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
