As a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, Johnson Controls seeks a Senior Manager, Global Enterprise Strategy to support the development of proprietary company strategies ensuring sustainable and profitable organic and inorganic growth. The role involves working closely with Business Unit Presidents and Corporate leadership to define and execute long-term vision, drive portfolio strategy, investments, and actions to increase revenue and value. Reporting to the Director Global Enterprise Strategy in the Strategy & Acquisition Office, responsibilities include supporting strategic planning by identifying market trends and business opportunities, conducting market research and competitive analysis, driving innovation and growth through collaboration with innovation and product teams, supporting corporate strategy execution, and expanding business lines and contract growth strategies. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field, 5+ years of strategic development experience, ability to work independently, strong teamwork and project management skills, and excellent English communication. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or relevant advanced degree. This is a virtual/remote position for candidates residing in the US Eastern or Central time zones.
