What does a successful Relationship Manager do? As a Relationship Manager at Fiserv, you will be the cornerstone of our business relationship with a portfolio of Account Processing clients, primarily within the Credit sector. You will lead these relationships from a strategic and consultative perspective, enhancing customer loyalty and increasing revenues. You will ensure our clients’ needs are met by leveraging Fiserv solutions for maximum profitability and client satisfaction.
What you will do:
- Develop a trusted relationship with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Implement strategies to manage and grow client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing product support and information.
- Manage client portfolios by maintaining daily operations and exceeding corporate goals for revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate client communications regarding regulatory changes, product upgrades, and system enhancements.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as relationship management or account management.
- Solid knowledge in Credit/Issuer Processing and related products/services.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sales and contract acumen, including experience with contract procedures, terms drafting, negotiation, and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
- Experience managing relationships with large and complex financial organizations.
- Additional special training in banking, such as Core Banking.
- Familiarity with Fiserv Debit and Credit Processing Platforms, STAR, ATMs, and related products.
- Industry experience in credit/debit issuing, installment lending, ATM, PIN Debit Networks, and financial institutions.
- Experience using Salesforce for account management and client relationship tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
