The Sales Development Representative is responsible for prospecting and building a pipeline of referrals for our Inside Sales Team. What you will do:
Prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads by contacting prospective customers via outbound phone calls and emails
Coordinating and scheduling appointments
Tracking all contacts and activity in CRM database
Qualifying prospects by using strategic questioning techniques
Being comfortable in a sales role and engaging on the telephone
Exhibit outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Identify and overcome objections and execute follow-up actions
Demonstrate a high degree of motivation, integrity, and competence to work in a fast-paced team environment
