What does a successful Client Service Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a successful Client Service Analyst, you will work with both our Independent Sales Organization (ISO) client and our client service teams to implement updates in various systems on behalf of clients. You will communicate with clients on updates being completed and use various tools to monitor requests from clients.
What you will do:
- Receive and respond to tickets from clients and internal Fiserv teams.
- Receive and respond to emails from clients and internal Fiserv teams.
- Key updates into various systems based on client requests.
- Analyze requests to determine root cause of issue and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
What you will need to have:
- High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in the processing industry
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Windows PC and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What would be great to have:
- Knowledge of card network rules and acquirer/processor requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid internet research skills
