- Key responsibilities include assisting in auditing, developing, and documenting standard operating procedures, taxonomy, metadata, and knowledge standards.
- Additional responsibilities include executing strategy to improve understanding of the Associate experience to drive improvements within Knowledge and expanding SME knowledge through engagement in support activities (e.g., taking calls, training participation, focus groups).
- The Associate CCCS Information Designer must have excellent business writing skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various business partners, 1 year of experience in process design, process improvement, operations, communications, or efficiency improvement roles.

Pay Range: $51,200.00 - $85,500.00 annually
