About your role:
You will be a key contributor in the Conversions and Implementations organization, working directly with clients, overseeing, and acting as an escalation point for transfer and deconversion projects. You will be engaged in various client calls to provide project status to Fiserv/client leadership, manage capacity and project assignment for PM resources. Provide management support during monthly implementations for any escalations.
What you’ll do:
- Oversight of and escalation points for all projects by the Transfers & Deconversions business teams
- Assist the Manager of the Transfers & Deconversions technical team to manage capacity for each monthly implementation
- Help drive resolution of issues through problem solving, identification of necessary resources, and escalation
- Effectively manage client expectations and deliver client-ready communications
- Make information-based decisions and multi-task in a demanding environment
Experience you’ll need to have:
- 5+ years of client service and relationship experience
- In-depth experience leading meetings and presentations through strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of clients and internal staff
- Proven experience in being adaptable, managing time effectively, problem solve, and ability to mitigate risks to project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Understanding of the Credit Card Issuing Industry and associated products
- Minimal travel required (2-5 trips annually)
- Previous financial services industry, implementations, or installations experience highly desired
