We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Brand team, supporting global food brands. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, a problem solver at heart, has strong media relations and storytelling skills, and is tapped into culture and trends.

Client Relationship & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a reliable and trusted member of the account team for clients.
- Act as a day-to-day client contact, providing support across workstreams and collaborating with internal and partner teams.
- Understand the client’s business inside and out, including their industry landscape, strategic goals, competitive set, key audiences, and opportunities for brand relevance.
- Lead and support meeting logistics including scheduling, agendas, recaps, and tracking follow-ups to ensure momentum and alignment.
Project & Team Management
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and meet client expectations.
- Leverage strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, juggle competing deadlines, and coordinate across Edelman, the Integrated Agency Team (IAT), and client partners.
- Work closely with colleagues, vendors, and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless project execution and clear status communication to team leaders.
- Support the development and growth of junior team members, offering coaching, feedback, and status updates to senior leadership.
Media & Communications Strategy
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic media and communications plans that reflect a deep understanding of the client’s needs and the broader landscape.
- Research, draft, edit, and proofread communications materials, including press releases, pitches, briefing books, fact sheets, and more.
- Stay attuned to cultural trends, breaking news, and timely conversations, identifying relevant insights and fresh storytelling opportunities for client engagement.
- Summarize key industry and cultural trends with a strategic lens, helping clients understand what matters and where they might show up authentically.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, public relations, branding, andrelated fields
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of integrated, full-funnel brand campaigns, including how earned media, social media, paid media, influencer marketing, retail, and other channels work together to drive brand awareness and conversion.
- Previous agency experience supporting large-scale integrated, full-funnel campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages tailored to different audiences and channels.
$60,000 - $80,000 a year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
