Work You’ll do
Collaborate across the engineering, acquisition and operational communities to understand business/mission requirements while identifying innovative solutions to IW challenges. Performs analysis of complex business functions and requirements. Provide process analysis with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future information environment.
The team
Our Cyber Strategy & Transformation offering develops and transforms cyber programs in line with a client's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. It keeps the enterprise a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape and gives stakeholders confidence in the organization's cyber posture. Includes design of the cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a technical field of study
- Create/modify, buildouts, and deliver requests using Microsoft Suite, and established SOPs.
- Develops templates and detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assist in services requests to ensure DoD standards.
- Supports requirements planning, engineering project management and service delivery oversight for services including seats, connection services, printers and infrastructure, submission and tracking of task orders and modifications, and invoice reconciliation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Suffolk, VA.
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- ITIL V3 or later Foundations desired
