  • Monitor progress, identify delivery risks, and surface impediments requiring escalation.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, iterative refinement, and mission alignment.
  • Support development of stakeholder-facing documentation, decision governance frameworks, and sprint-level reporting artifacts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must possess an Active DoD Secret clearance.
  • BS/BA degree in a technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Agile Coach).
  • Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
  • Proven success coaching Agile teams within a structured SAFe or DoD Agile framework.
  • Familiarity with PEO Digital SAFe Express Train or similar government Agile constructs.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to translate technical data workstreams (e.g., WAM scoring, eMASS lineage, CLIN33 budgeting) into sprint-ready backlog items.

Preferred Qualifications: (Nice to Have):

  • Experience supporting Navy programs or DoD enterprise IT delivery.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Databricks, or Jupiter dashboard environments.
  • Knowledge of IT portfolio rationalization, budget alignment, or cybersecurity compliance (e.g., ATO/RMF).
