Job Duties: Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and/or suggest improvements to the architecture. May telecommute. (385.31014)
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Position requires:
- Object-oriented design principles as well as Java, Python, MySQL, Git, and shell scripting;
- Creating complete testing libraries to ensure quality of commercial application features;
- Agile development environments, specifically working with JIRA and BitBucket;
- Writing software documentation;
- Translating feature requirements into development plans;
- Cloud native services and their API interfaces

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $57,000 - $141,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
