Flows down program SEMP processes to create Task Order and project-level SEMPs. Assists government staff in documenting requirements, ensuring requirements are complete, dependencies/interfaces are identified, and configuration changes are documented.
· Maintains and updates the Site’s Integrated Support Plan (ISP) in coordination with the Experimental Equipment Maintenance Manager. Assists in managing obsolescence, end-of-life, and refurbishment requirements for all the
mission equipment. Supports system trade studies to fine tune requirements or select the best option among many choices. Coordinates with the Government to select the appropriate critical factors and weights.
