The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to understand test data requirements. Design and implement processes for test data creation, masking, sub setting, and refresh. Fulfill test data requests in a timely and secure manner across multiple environments. Maintain data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) by applying data masking and anonymization techniques. Develop and maintain scripts and tools for automated test data generation and provisioning. Monitor and troubleshoot test data issues, ensuring data consistency and integrity. Maintain documentation for test data processes, tools, and best practices. Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with test data provisioning. Participate in audits and reviews related to data handling and compliance. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
In this role, you will:- Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
- Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
- Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
- Drive solutions to reduce recovery
- Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
- Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
- Design complex system upgrades
- Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
- Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
- Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of experience in test data management, QA, or data engineering
- 3+ years of experience in the banking or financial services industry
- 2+ years of experience with Hogan banking systems, including knowledge of its data structures and processing workflows
Desired Qualifications:- Proven ability to interpret and apply business rules to ensure accurate and relevant test data provisioning
- Experience with test data management tools (e.g., Delphix, Informatica TDM, CA Test Data Manager)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with data masking, sub setting, and synthetic data generation tools
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell) is a plus
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
