What does a great Software Development Engineering, Analyst do?
You will be part of team of dynamic professionals working on a high-profile product development assignment. This involves most advance concepts of software development for core banking applications such open banking & microservices. Your actions will inspire others to break the walls and go beyond the boundaries. You will be responsible for technical analysis, design, coding and unit testing activities for the features being developed by the team.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Computer science
- 6+ years of experience in software development on large enterprise solutions desirably in core banking lending domain
- Experience on IBM iSeries Programming with RPGLE, CLLE, Free Format RPG, DB2, SQL, IBM RDi etc.
- Experience in analysis, design, coding, unit testing and effort estimations
- Risk identification, tracking and mitigation
- Analytical and decision-making skills
- Understanding of Open Banking concepts
- Exposure to Agile processes and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Coding experience on Fiserv’s Signature core solution will be a plus
- Exposure to Aldon change management tool will be plus
Travel required:
- This position does not require any travel. However, candidate should be open for short visits (a week or two, may be once in a year) to work with teams at other locations
