Product Operations Supervisor
Location: Remote - US
WithMe, Inc. is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Operations Supervisor to support the execution of cross-functional initiatives and help deliver operational excellence across our product lines. This role serves as a critical link between individual contributors and operations leadership, ensuring that product and process initiatives are executed smoothly, documented thoroughly, and communicated effectively across teams. The position is fully remote and reports to the Sr. Operations Business Manager.
What You’ll Do
Project & Process Execution
- Manage multiple projects from planning to completion
- Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and trackers
- Use tools like Excel, Google Suite, and project management software
- Lead recurring check-ins to ensure alignment and progress
Product Focus
- Act as the operations lead for assigned product line(s)
- Research and recommend hardware and consumable updates to support efficiency
- Manage communications around product updates (hardware, consumables, tech)
Operational Excellence
- Identify and document process improvements across the organization
- Serve as a cross-departmental liaison facilitating clarity and momentum
Leadership & Development
- Balance individual execution with team coaching
- Support team growth and contribute to scaling strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations, product support, or project management
- Project management certification (PMP, PMI, CAPM) preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and process improvement–oriented
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and project tools
- Experience managing teams or cross-functional efforts is a plus
