Senior Lead Community Impact & Sustainability Specialist.
In this role, you will:- Define and manage the strategy and roadmap for the Hands on Banking platform
- Deliver user-centric features that support personal financial health assessments
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate content, tools, and services that drive behavioral change and improve user outcomes
- Establish KPIs and dashboard to monitor and optimize performance
- Develop executive level presentations highlighting outcomes and impacts
- Drive engagement through strategic initiatives, cross-team collaboration, and external partnerships
- Enable enterprise-wide customer acquisition and community impact goals
- Ensure compliance with accessibility, privacy and security standards
- Partner with communications, marketing and internal partners (PCI, External Engagement, etc) to promote the Hands on Banking program and platform
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Community Impact & Sustainability experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience developing financial education strategies within the financial services sector
- Experience developing user-facing tools that drive measurable outcomes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions at scale
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making
- Experience leading financial health initiatives for LMI communities
Job Expectations:- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
