Job Summary
We’re seeking a Measurement Science Lead to join our team and partner directly with sophisticated Universal Ads advertisers. In this role, you’ll serve as the go-to expert for campaign measurement, learning agenda development, and performance optimization. You’ll use data to uncover insights, drive strategy, and tell compelling stories that shape how advertisers think about their media investments.
Job Description
Translate business questions into analytical frameworks using a mix of A/B testing, incrementality, MMM, and other attribution approaches.
Expertise in experimental design (A/B testing, geo holdouts), incrementality measurement, and attribution modeling.
Strong data fluency; proficiency in SQL, Excel, and nice to have: one scripting language (e.g., Python or R).
Familiarity with CTV/linear TV ad buying platforms or measurement solutions (e.g., MMPs, attribution tools, DMPs/CDPs) and social ad buying platforms.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $148,703.35 - $223,055.03
Additional Range: This job can be performed in California, and Illinois with a Pay Range of $130,115.43 - $223,055.03
