About your role:
As a Risk Assurance Advisor at Finxact, a Fiserv company, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our operations. You will closely monitor and mitigate risks, safeguard our clients' interests and upholds the highest standards of compliance. Your work will help us maintain a robust risk management framework and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and oversee audit processes.
- Support the enhancement and maintenance of a robust risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with business units to promote a strong risk and compliance culture and ensure effective implementation of controls.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and vendors.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support privacy compliance and data management efforts, contributing to both operational and strategic initiatives.
- Provide support on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to keep risk practices updated.

Experience you'll need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in risk and audit management.
- 6+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, with a focus on technology risk and control management.
- 6+ years of experience in developing and maintaining risk management frameworks.
- 6+ years of experience in privacy compliance and data management.
- 6+ years of experience in stakeholder management within a risk assurance context.
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Risk Management, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Finance, Management, Information Technology, and/or equivalent military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience with SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits, HITRUST certification, and/or FedRAMP certification.
- Experience with enterprise risk platform tools like Archer.
- Experience using Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or similar certification.
