About your role:
As a Senior IT Business Consultant at Fiserv, you will play a key role in the design, development, and configuration of forms and documents within the Open Solutions DNA area—one of the industry’s leading core banking systems. Your work will directly support new client implementations, ensuring successful deployment and setup of the DNA software. This client-facing, technically focused role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive business growth through expert solution delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Design and develop forms and documents for the DNA platform
- Configure and archive forms media relevant to the DNA platform
- Support new clients through the DNA software implementation process
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for Windows workstations and servers
- Work on both day-to-day implementation projects and professional services engagements
- Collaborate directly with clients remotely and in person to ensure their requirements are effectively met

Experience you'll need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in designing and developing forms and documents for technical platforms
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows, including workstations and servers
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Background in financial software, working directly with clients and internal project team members
- SQL development experience
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite for documentation and client communication
- Knowledge of SSL protocols and their application in secure client-server communications
- Experience with Fiserv DNA and WMF (Workflow Management Framework) technologies, including configuration and customization
- Experience with Nexus Evolution software, including its integration with core banking systems
- Experience with ECM platforms such as Fiserv Nautilus or Hyland OnBase, particularly in document imaging and workflow automation
- Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer and Ascensus forms module, including regulatory form management and compliance workflows
