What does a successful Warehouse Lead do?
As a Warehouse Lead, you will work in the Warehouse and oversee shift operations through scheduling and completing production of projects assigned. This position also assists the card production operations to be in line with standard operating procedures, related regulations, and established policy.
What you will do:
- Receive shipments and sort them according to packing slips
- Keep alert to problems that cause delays and errors, and initiate corrective action in a timely manner
- Follow procedures for counting/verifying items and entering items into computerized tracking system
- Perform quality checks
- Assist in the training of other employees
- Understand, interpret, and abide by OSHA regulations
What you need to have:
- 1+ years of warehouse lead experience
- Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation)
- Ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift between 20 to 30 pounds
- Be able, as it is necessary, to climb, stretch, crouch, or kneel

- Strong mechanical aptitude and time management
Important info about this role:
- You will work an assigned schedule of: 12hr rotating 7pm-7am
- Eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 3rd shift
- Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays
