What does a successful Manager - Credit Implementation Project Managers do?
At Fiserv, a successful Manager - Credit Implementation Project Managers (CIPMs) ensures predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery by managing a team responsible for implementing credit card processing solutions for our Optis clients. This role is essential in collaborating with Fiserv partners, departments, external vendors, and clients to ensure timely and compliant installations. What you will do:
- Lead the CIPM team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as the primary contact for the CIPM team and an escalation point for clients.
- Serve as the voice of Credit Implementations when engaging with client prospects.
- Develop project plans and task lists as necessary.
- Foster and maintain professional client relationships.
- Provide occasional after-hours support for the CIPM team.
- Collaborate with the Director to create capacity plans and resource forecasting.
- Ensure internal project audit points are managed and tracked by CIPMs and project teams.
- Develop and maintain consistent standards for project status reporting internally and externally.
- Represent the department in special internal projects with partners.
- Assist with departmental documentation and improvement initiatives.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent Credit Industry work experience required.
- 4+ years of work experience in an implementation capacity or environment.
- 4+ years of experience in client services/relationships and people management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
What would be great to have:
- Previous knowledge/experience with Optis Credit Platform.
- Experience with file transmissions, JCL, Sterling File Gateway.
- 5+ years of project management experience.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
