What Does a Production Fulfillment Associate Do?
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing productivity, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our business. You’ll support several large client rollouts of Point-of-Sale devices by fulfilling client orders.
What You Will Do:
- Fulfill customer orders, including picking, assembling/packing, and shipping.
- Inject and download POS devices.
- Meet daily quality goals.
- Meet daily production goals.
- Maintain inventory integrity.
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes.
- Collaborate with the production team to uphold high standards of quality.
- Ensure seamless operations to meet client expectations.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline production tasks.
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
What You Need to Have:
- Experience using a computer (email and Excel are must-haves; Oracle is a plus) and accessories (handheld scanners, printers).
- High school diploma or equivalent related experience and/or military experience.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- 1-2 years of experience in production environments.
- 1-2 years of experience in team collaboration.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
What Would Be Great to Have:
- Experience working in a distribution, production fast-pace environment
- Familiarity with POS electrical devices
