What You’ll Do
- Operate Machines: Set up and run metal fabrication equipment like Brake Presses, Turrets, and Fin Presses.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings to ensure precision and quality.
- Stay Safe & Organized: Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and keep your workspace clean.
- Inspect & Improve: Check materials and finished parts for quality, and suggest ways to improve processes.
- Collaborate: Work closely with teammates to meet production goals.
- Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
- Adapt & Support: Be flexible with shifts and overtime when needed.
Required
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift (30–50 lbs), and work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred
- 2+ years of machine operation experience.
- Experience with Brake Press, Turret, or Fin Press.
- CNC machine programming and operation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
