About The Role
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact? Join our
Coil Shop team as a
Machine Operator and help build the high-performance air conditioning units that power homes and businesses across the country. You’ll operate advanced metal fabrication machines in a fast-paced, open-air environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are top priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Operate machines like Brake Press, Turret, and Fin Press to cut and shape metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Perform quality checks and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols
- Collaborate with your team to meet production goals
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Comfortable with repetitive motions and working in a noisy, dusty setting
- Basic computer skills
Preferred
- 2+ years of machine operation experience
- Experience with CNC machines or heavy machinery
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
