Step into a key leadership role as our Controlling Team Lead, where your financial expertise will shape strategic decisions and drive operational excellence.

You’ll lead a small team, oversee critical reporting and planning processes, and ensure the accuracy of cost and inventory controls. What You Will Do:

Supervising the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analyses for local management (e.g.: actual vs plan analysis, inventory control, cost control)

Actively participating in monthly closing tasks

Optimizing the processes of the controlling department

Leading the process of compiling and monitoring annual and quarterly plans.

Monitoring the company's fixed assets and inventory compliance in the system

Taking responsibility for product cost calculation and analysis

Ensuring the reliability of reports and point out any risk areas to local management

Leading a team of 2 finance professionals

We are looking for candidates who:

Hold a degree in finance, accounting, or economics/economic informatics.

Expertise in interpreting accounting relations.

Value accuracy and precision in their work and approach new tasks proactively.

Aptitude to manage, lead and motivate the team successfully while incorporating the leadership attributes and mindset to the daily communication

Have extensive practical experience in data analysis and visual presentation of results.

Successfully apply appropriate communication style when cooperating with internal and external decision-makers, in both English and Hungarian.

Preferred Qualifications:

Practical knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization software.

Flexible approach to new tasks.
