What You Will Do:

Focus on indirect taxation, VAT, and related reporting during your daily duties

Drive the conversation about the standardization and simplification of accounting processes in Caterpillar Poland and take action

Be responsible for compliant and up-to-date process documentation and reporting

Oversee change management during the KSeF (EU e-invoicing) reporting project, supporting the development phase

What You Will Have:

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting

Great communication skills in English and Polish

Deep understanding of Data and how to transform it into business insight

General understanding of VAT regulations in Poland

Previous experience from a manufacturing company would be advantageous

Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation

Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes

Ability to cooperate and coordinate within and across Caterpillar divisions

Open-minded attitude towards your colleagues and new ideas, the ability to work successfully in a team
