Overview
The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding service to our many valued clients. The duties include but are not limited to:
Duties:
1. Train custodians in proper cleaning techniques and ABM procedures
2. Supervise job performance. Follow up to see that work is completed
3. Perform cleaning routines in an excellent manner
4. Drive safe work habits
5. Identify and submit work orders
6. Respond promptly to alarm calls
7. Respond promptly and professionally to ABM and client requests
8. Correspond daily with the night supervisor to review operations and receive Instructions.
9. Provide immediate response to emergency requests
10. Perform quality control inspections including follow up to completion
11. Coordinate substitutes for custodians who are absent
12. Supervise, inspect and perform tag work
13. Follow directions from ABM supervisors and managers.

Details:
- 20-22/HR
- Job location and shift: varies
- Company vehicle
- 10 days of PTO year one, increased PTO year two and beyond.
Qualifications:
1. Valid driver's license
2. Previous lead experience
3. Excellent attendance
4. Self-starter with strong initiative
5. Good floor refinishing and carpet cleaning skills
6. Solid history of building security procedures
7. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with the public, clients, employees and ABM
8. Must be 18 years of age or older.
9. Demonstrated ability to correct customer complaints immediately
10. Great organizational skills
11. Must be a great ambassador for ABM and a strong member of the ABM family
