About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Employee Relations Analyst role.
In this role, you will:- Provide support for low complexity business outcomes within Human Resources Advisory functional area
- Review basic issues, policies, or procedures within Human Resources Advisory functional area for which answers can be quickly obtained and are related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrow impact
- Receive direction from Human Resources supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing an understanding of Human Resources Advisory functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Follow procedural guidance to support employees and managers on employment related matters
- Provide information to Human Resources Advisory managers, colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal, and external customers
Required Qualifications:- 6+ months of Human Resources Advisory experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications: - 6+ months of customer service experience
- 6+ months of complex problem solving or consultative experience
- National Branch Network operations experience
- Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks, manage a workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of handling multiple cases and responsibilities concurrently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment where cases and priorities are constantly evolving.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
Job Expectations:- This position is office based and will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement at one of the listed locations.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$25.48 - $41.83
