What you´ll do
- To succeed in this role, the individual must effectively perform each key function listed below, demonstrating the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Lead quality investigations and drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support 3PM operations with technical guidance, batch disposition, and quality control training.
- Manage customer and supplier quality processes, including complaints, audits, APQP, PPAP, and NCMRs.
- Develop and maintain quality systems and documentation in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Drive quality performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve FTQ, reduce complaints, and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
